Wholesale FAQ — Ordering, Shipping & Authenticity

Last updated: August 2026

Answers below cover how ordering, shipping, and verification work across our full catalog — botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and cosmetic MD product lines. For product-specific questions (dosage, presentation, ingredient specs), see the individual product page.

Ordering & Minimum Order Quantity

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product category and your destination country, because cold-chain and documentation costs are largely fixed regardless of order size. Small trial orders are available for new accounts to test the process before committing to volume — contact us with your product and destination for an exact MOQ.

Can I place a trial order before a full wholesale order?

Yes. We recommend it for any new account. A trial order lets you verify documentation, customs clearance, and cold-chain integrity on your specific import route before scaling up.

Do you sell to individual consumers?

No. HolyPath supplies licensed clinics, medspas, pharmaceutical distributors, and importers only. We do not sell botulinum toxin or prescription-category products to individual consumers.

What information do you need to send me an accurate quote?

Send your destination country, entity type (clinic, distributor, importer) and import licence status, the specific product and presentation, target quantity, required documentation, and preferred Incoterms. Quotes built on this information are typically accurate on the first exchange.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We work primarily on T/T (bank wire transfer) in advance for new accounts, with L/C available for established relationships and larger volumes. Confirm current terms with your account contact.

Why do prices vary so much between suppliers for the same product?

Legitimate price differences come from order volume, Incoterms (EXW vs. CIF vs. DDP), documentation requirements, and payment terms. Prices dramatically below the general market band are the most reliable warning sign of grey-market stock, broken cold chain, near-expiry inventory, or counterfeit product — treat them as a red flag, not a deal.

Do you offer better pricing for recurring/distributor volume?

Yes. Recurring distributor relationships with defined reorder schedules receive volume-based pricing. Share your expected order frequency and typical volume when requesting a quote.

Shipping & Cold Chain

How is product shipped internationally?

Temperature-sensitive products (botulinum toxin, most injectables) ship via validated cold-chain packaging with temperature data loggers, by air freight. Non-temperature-sensitive items may ship by standard air or sea freight depending on volume and timeline.

What happens if a temperature excursion is detected on arrival?

Every cold-chain shipment includes a data logger. If the logger indicates a temperature excursion outside validated range, contact us immediately with the logger data — this is assessed case by case, and is exactly the kind of documentation a trial order is meant to test before you commit to volume.

How long does delivery take?

Transit time itself is usually short once product is in the air. The variable that actually determines total delivery time is documentation and customs clearance at your destination — this is faster where you already hold a valid import permit and registration, and slower where paperwork must be prepared and legalized. Ask for a realistic timeline for your specific country, not a generic one.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to clinics and distributors across more than 30 countries. Whether a specific product can be shipped to you depends on that product's regulatory status in your country — see the Regulatory & Country-Specific section below — so confirm this before requesting a shipping quote.

Authenticity & Documentation

How do I verify the product I'm buying is authentic?

Ask for: (1) our KITA-registered trade business documentation, (2) supply chain traceability from manufacturer or authorized wholesaler, (3) photographs of the actual batch/lot numbers and expiry dates allocated to your order — not stock images, (4) cold-chain packaging and data-logger evidence, and (5) consistent export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill, export declaration). We provide all of these as standard practice.

What documentation can you provide for customs and registration purposes?

Depending on the product and destination, we can provide Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), Certificate of Free Sale, GMP certification, and Korean MFDS-related documentation. Confirm which documents your import process requires before ordering, since not every country requires the same set.

Can you show shipment history to my region or similar clinics?

Yes — our shipment records are available on request and are one of the fastest ways to evaluate whether we actually export to your region at the volume you need.

Regulatory & Country-Specific Questions

Is the product I want to order legally importable into my country?

This varies by country and by product, and it's the first question to resolve before comparing prices. Broadly: some markets (e.g., the U.S., EU, Canada, Australia) have an exclusive locally authorized brand and distributor for a given product, and importing an alternate regional label outside that channel is not permitted. Other markets have the product registered under its original name, where import is legitimate but requires a licensed importer and import permit. Still others have no local registration, where import may be possible through named-patient or special-access routes. Tell us your destination and product, and we'll tell you honestly which category you're in.

Can I import Korean-labeled botulinum toxin into the United States, EU, or Canada?

Generally, no — these markets have an exclusive locally authorized brand and distributor relationship for major Korean botulinum toxin products, and the Korean-labeled version is not the authorized presentation for commercial import into these markets. Clinics in these regions should purchase through the locally authorized channel. We'll tell you this directly rather than take an order we know won't clear customs.

What do I need to register a product in my country if it isn't already approved there?

Typically a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), Certificate of Free Sale, GMP certificate, and Korean MFDS documentation form the core of a registration file, though exact requirements are set by your national regulatory authority. We can supply manufacturer-side documentation to support a registration filing you or your local regulatory affairs partner initiate.

Working with HolyPath

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

HolyPath is a KITA-registered trade business supplying Korean aesthetic and medical products — botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and cosmetic MD lines — to clinics and distributors internationally. We are not the manufacturer; we source through traceable, documented supply chains.

Do you offer exclusive distributorship in my country?

This is evaluated case by case based on market, product line, and volume commitment. Reach out through our B2B inquiry page with your market and proposal.
